Therapy

Are you or a loved one stuck in an endless thought loop or pattern that feels more harmful than helpful? Let’s touch base!

I work with children (8+), teens, and adults using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to treat Obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD). ERP is considered the gold standard of care for OCD, and I have experience working with a large array of subtypes of OCD from contamination, taboo fears, relationship OCD and many more. I believe in a collaborative approach to care, and recognize how OCD oftentimes impacts all domains of a person’s world.

I use a trauma-informed approach to care, and work to attune to culture, identity, and the social and systemic factors that impact wellbeing. I recognize that trust and safety are earned in therapy, and I value going at your pace. I think people should be considered within their context, and I make an effort to center how this informs relationships and experiences in the world. More about my approach to therapy can be found in my About Me.
